SECURITY DEPOSIT PAYMENT

At Roomstudent, securing your room involves a straightforward process regarding the security deposit:

Reservation Confirmation:

To confirm your reservation, we require payment of a one-month security deposit. This deposit ensures your commitment to the room and covers any potential damages during your stay.

 

Deposit Refund:

Upon the conclusion of your lease and after verifying the room for damages, the security deposit will be returned to you within 30 working days. Deductions will apply for the following:

• Final Cleaning Fee: € 80
• Unpaid Dues (if any)

 

Non-Refundable Deposit:

Please note that the security deposit is non-refundable in the event of reservation cancellation before your arrival. This policy helps maintain room availability and ensures that bookings are honored.

security deposit serves as a guarantee of your commitment and responsibility during your stay with us.
